Shipments are handled by BRT, GLS, TNT, FedEx, DHL, and UPS couriers. Shipping costs are fixed throughout Italy.

ITALY
Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €99.00, otherwise €8.90 (not for bicycles).
(Priority express shipping service for normal shipments €35.00)
Bicycles : shipping cost €39.00
eBike : Shipping Cost €59.00 (amount to be agreed upon for islands and remote areas)
EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs vary slightly depending on the country selected: you can calculate them directly in the cart.

THE MODALITIES
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the checkout process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your home address and to differentiate your shipping and billing addresses.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be sent a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order and determine your expected delivery date.
STREET FRONT DELIVERY
Please note that delivery takes place curbside, so the recipient must arrange for the goods to be received and transported to the destination location. We are currently unable to offer floor-level delivery or delivery by appointment. If you have specific needs, please contact us before purchasing.
If a person authorized to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, or concierge) is absent, the goods cannot be delivered and any storage costs will be your responsibility.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped .
In order to optimize shipping costs and to avoid damage during transport, some parts are dismantled and appropriately packaged ( usually: front wheel detached, seat post detached, handlebar detached from the stem ).
Photos of the packaging will be sent before shipping.
Once received, please entrust the assembly to competent or qualified personnel (if you have any doubts, please contact us).
We recommend keeping the bike box for a possible return.
Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing, and proper packaging.
THE TIMES
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment . Orders paid online via PayPal or credit cards receive the fastest delivery. Orders paid for later, such as bank transfers , may experience a delay in shipping by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation .
During holiday periods (August and Christmas), order processing may be slower.

WILIER RAVE SL
When we let the unexpected happen...
The Rave SL is our second step toward a new horizon. Its origins are shared with the Rave SLR project. Racing geometry is thus revived in a bike with a dual soul: road and gravel. We've kept our vision intact. We've let every thought and consideration flow. We've focused on the technical details with a single goal: to put the focus on cyclists who love to ride on any terrain with a single bike without taking themselves too seriously.
Geometry and design are derived from the SLR platform and meet a new material. The carbon fiber frame features a different lamination where the substance, not the shape, changes. At the same size, the Rave SL frame weighs only 140 grams more than the award-winning Rave SLR.
Scalable technology combined with expert carbon fiber processing replicates Wilier's SL philosophy which becomes the common denominator between Rave SL, Filante SL and 0 SL.

Geometries
From dust to asphalt: ready for every adventure
The Rave SL is a versatile bike that stands up to the competition. Road or gravel, it doesn't matter. The wheel clearance allows for tires up to 42 mm (700x42c).
Intelligent integration
No exposed cables. The aluminum alloy stem and aero handlebar maintain the allure of the Rave product range. This technical choice keeps the price low without sacrificing performance or the ability to easily customize the setup.
Two souls in every color
The Rave SL relaunches the racing geometry of its bigger brother, the SLR. Six frame sizes are available: XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. The two available colors have been designed to respectively define the road and gravel setups, with sand tones reminiscent of off-road riding.
