COG ZWIFT PRE-INSTALLED
The new version of the Direto XR series replaces the cassette with the pre-installed Zwift Cog, offering great compatibility with bikes with 8/9/10/11/12-speed drivetrains, without the need to change the gears. The Zwift system is integrated, allowing for quick and easy setup, perfect for different cyclists because it also gives you the ability to connect different bikes equipped with different speed cassettes to the smart trainer.
If you want true cassette shifting, you can remove Zwift’s Cog by installing your own 9-speed to 12-speed cassette, like you would with a standard Direto XR(-T).
VIRTUAL GEARBOX WITH ZWIFT CLICK
Shifting is managed by the Zwift Click, Zwift's two-button controller that enables virtual shifting, adjusting the trainer's resistance to simulate the action of shifting with 24 preset virtual gears. The system offers unique linear shifting, easily adjusted with the two simple buttons on the Zwift Click, which you can mount on any racing, flat, or time trial handlebar. Virtual shifting is only compatible with Zwift. If you'd like to use other indoor training apps, you can simply remove the Zwift Cog and replace it with your preferred cassette (cassette not included).

ABSOLUTE PRECISION
The DIRETO XR is the only trainer in the world, together with the rollers of the Direto and Drivo families by Elite, to actually measure the power output via an integrated power meter, the OTS (Optical Torque Sensor).
The OTS is an innovative power meter integrated into the home trainer that allows you to effectively measure the power you put into the pedals with an accuracy of ± 1.5% in the DIRETO XR, 0.5 percentage points more accurate than the first Direto. For this reason, the DIRETO XR is one of the most precise home trainers on the market, ideal for precise, accurate and scientific monitoring of your performance in the saddle.
TRAIN LIKE ON THE ROAD, UPHILL AND DOWNHILL
Compared to the Direto X, the DIRETO XR is able to simulate slopes of up to 24%, 6% more than the Direto X was able to do, thus ensuring excellent performance even during the most intense and demanding training sessions.
SILENT AS NEVER BEFORE
Following the proven success of the Direto X, Elite's Research and Development department has carefully redefined the internal mechanics of the DIRETO XR, achieving unrivaled levels of silence.
Thanks to these advancements, the roller is among the quietest trainers in the Elite range, thanks in part to its direct drive configuration, in which the rear wheel is removed and the chain is coupled directly to the cassette installed on the trainer: the only noise you'll hear will be that of the chain as you shift gears during your workout. Ideal for enjoying all the convenience of a training environment as quiet as never before.
TRAIN ON ZWIFT AND MY E-TRAINING
Like all Elite direct drive hometrainers, the DIRETO XR is also part of the range of ANT+ FE-C and Bluetooth interactive hometrainers.
This translates into the home trainer's full interaction with apps, software, computers, and peripherals (smartphones and tablets) of all kinds running iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows. SENSORLESS TECHNOLOGY
All Elite trainers instantly transmit power, speed, and cadence data, making them truly effective tools for building a precise training plan and replicating road riding as closely as possible. Cadence measurement is achieved through convenient sensorless technology, meaning no sensors are required on the bike. The DIRETO XR uses a sophisticated analysis of power output measured by the integrated OTS power meter.
