Shipments are handled by BRT, GLS, TNT, FedEx, DHL, and UPS couriers. Shipping costs are fixed throughout Italy.

ITALY
Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €99.00, otherwise €8.90 (not for bicycles).
(Priority express shipping service for normal shipments €35.00)
Bicycles : shipping cost €39.00
eBike : Shipping Cost €59.00 (amount to be agreed upon for islands and remote areas)
EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs vary slightly depending on the country selected: you can calculate them directly in the cart.

THE MODALITIES
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the checkout process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your home address and to differentiate your shipping and billing addresses.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be sent a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order and determine your expected delivery date.
STREET FRONT DELIVERY
Please note that delivery takes place curbside, so the recipient must arrange for the goods to be received and transported to the destination location. We are currently unable to offer floor-level delivery or delivery by appointment. If you have specific needs, please contact us before purchasing.
If a person authorized to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, or concierge) is absent, the goods cannot be delivered and any storage costs will be your responsibility.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped .
In order to optimize shipping costs and to avoid damage during transport, some parts are dismantled and appropriately packaged ( usually: front wheel detached, seat post detached, handlebar detached from the stem ).
Photos of the packaging will be sent before shipping.
Once received, please entrust the assembly to competent or qualified personnel (if you have any doubts, please contact us).
We recommend keeping the bike box for a possible return.
Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing, and proper packaging.
THE TIMES
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment . Orders paid online via PayPal or credit cards receive the fastest delivery. Orders paid for later, such as bank transfers , may experience a delay in shipping by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation .
During holiday periods (August and Christmas), order processing may be slower.

GRAVEL / CHALLENGE
CHALLENGE is a lightweight and versatile all-road bike, high-performance yet enjoyable to ride on mixed terrain. The carbon frame's lines express a strong personality, despite its non-extreme geometry, designed to allow fast gravel enthusiasts a comfortable and efficient ride even over long distances. The rear triangle houses the universal UDH dropout, compatible with various types of drivetrain. The wide and functional tire clearances allow for tires up to 45 mm (700x45c). When equipped with asphalt wheels, the Challenge is a bike that will appeal to the most avid road riders for its smoothness and responsiveness. It also features bottle cage mounts both above the top tube and below the down tube. These have been elegantly integrated and can be covered by a rubber insert when not in use, thus respecting the lines of the frame.
