Shipments are handled by BRT, GLS, TNT, FedEx, DHL, and UPS couriers. Shipping costs are fixed throughout Italy.

Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €99.00, otherwise €8.90 (not for bicycles).
(Priority express shipping service for normal shipments €35.00)
Bicycles : shipping cost €39.00
eBike : Shipping Cost €59.00 (amount to be agreed upon for islands and remote areas)
EUROPEAN UNION
Shipping costs vary slightly depending on the country selected: you can calculate them directly in the cart.

THE MODALITIES
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the checkout process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your home address and to differentiate your shipping and billing addresses.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be sent a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order and determine your expected delivery date.
STREET FRONT DELIVERY
Please note that delivery takes place curbside, so the recipient must arrange for the goods to be received and transported to the destination location. We are currently unable to offer floor-level delivery or delivery by appointment. If you have specific needs, please contact us before purchasing.
If a person authorized to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, or concierge) is absent, the goods cannot be delivered and any storage costs will be your responsibility.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped .
In order to optimize shipping costs and to avoid damage during transport, some parts are dismantled and appropriately packaged ( usually: front wheel detached, seat post detached, handlebar detached from the stem ).
Photos of the packaging will be sent before shipping.
Once received, please entrust the assembly to competent or qualified personnel (if you have any doubts, please contact us).
We recommend keeping the bike box for a possible return.
Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing, and proper packaging.
THE TIMES
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE
Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment . Orders paid online via PayPal or credit cards receive the fastest delivery. Orders paid for later, such as bank transfers , may experience a delay in shipping by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation .
During holiday periods (August and Christmas), order processing may be slower.

Carbon of excellence
For the Verticale SLR, specifically, we used three types of fibers produced by Toray, a leading Japanese multinational carbon fiber manufacturer: T800, T1100, and M46JB. The first two feature extremely high breaking strength, while the latter has a high modulus, giving the frame excellent torsional stiffness.
New Integrated V-Bar Fold
V–Bar, like the other monocoque folds in the Wilier catalogue, is also compatible with the other high-end models, it is available in 6 sizes , two with width 37/40 with 90 and 100 mm attachments, four with width 39/42 with 110, 120, 130 and 150 mm attachments.
Sheath routing
The support surface is increased to improve the passage of the sheath inside the handlebar.
Integrated cycle computer holder
The fixing takes place thanks to two through holes which have allowed us to further optimize the weight compared to previous models.
At the rear, near the handlebar stem/fork steerer tube, a different clamping system is used. The bolts engage two aluminum inserts, a solution that makes it easy to replace the clamping part and improves the distribution of forces on the composite part.
Closing the rear of the binding is a rubber insert to prevent dirt and sweat from entering the fold, thus preserving its reliability over the long term.

New seatpost fixing system
This clamping system has allowed a reduction in weight at that point of the frame compared to the 0 SLR.
New derailleur mount
In this way we managed to reduce the weight of the stem and have two possible configurations that allow you to mount compact 50-34 or 53-39 cranksets in one case and larger cranksets up to 55 / 56 teeth in the other, as requested by our World Tour Teams.
Shaped dropout
The interchangeable part is “cantilevered”, which allows the chain to be significantly distanced from the chainstays and avoids any points of contact between the chain itself and the chainstay.
All of this is compatible with wireless and semi-wireless groups.
Asymmetric fork
The sections on the stem where the brake caliper is housed are larger, while those on the right sheath are thinner and lighter.
A new feature is the skewed left fork blade. This shape is improved for two reasons: better orientation of the carbon fibers during the lamination process (to better respond to stress) and greater resistance to the force exerted by the caliper during braking.
New racing geometries
The result of this is a modification to the frame geometry and handlebar drop. The bike's stack has remained essentially unchanged, while the reach has been slightly shortened for sizes XS and S, while for sizes XL and XXL it has been lengthened compared to our classic geometry.
For the handlebar, we focused on the C0 and C1 positions, the athlete's most performance-oriented positions. This allows us to have a product suitable (in terms of fit) for every type of need and every type of rider.
