THE STORY
It all began in Slovakia over 25 years ago, when the founders of Kellys, two young brothers—Peter and Brano Divinec—spent countless hours riding their bicycles through the stunning Slovakian mountains. Riding the endless, wild trails, they experienced the TASTE OF TRUE FREEDOM AND INDEPENDENCE. The taste that every human being, every living thing, desires from birth. They already knew that a bicycle gave them this opportunity.
The Kellys founders realized that a bicycle is a significant element in their lives and that without it, they couldn't feel complete. They wanted to share their experience with others, to make them feel the same way. They wanted to give others what they know best: a bicycle.
Designing and manufacturing a bicycle isn't just about assembling mechanical parts. It's something more. What matters is the purpose for which a bicycle is created, because it has a unique mission to fulfill in the life of every human being. This mission gives every Kellys bicycle its meaning.

The company began with a modest bike rental garage, but the Divinec brothers had an idea for bicycle manufacturing from the very beginning. Since then, thanks to the great commitment and determination of its founders, Kellys has grown. It took just two years from its inception to reach a turnover of 30,000 bikes sold. Today, KELLYS exports bicycles to over 35 countries worldwide and has become a recognizable bicycle brand with thousands upon thousands of bikes sold .

The research and development department is a place where the mission idea takes physical form through modern and unique design. This design embodies the Kelly philosophy, intelligent engineering, and modern materials and technologies. Kelly's research and development department is a team of people passionate about bicycle engineering, but above all, they are active cyclists who understand what cyclists need from a bicycle and accessories. They test their ideas on themselves. There's no better way to create products for real cyclists. The value of the brand is based on the people who create it.
