Shipments are handled by BRT, GLS, TNT, FedEx, DHL, and UPS couriers. Shipping costs are fixed throughout Italy.

THE MODALITIES
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the checkout process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your home address and to differentiate your shipping and billing addresses.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be sent a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your order and determine your expected delivery date.
STREET FRONT DELIVERY
Please note that delivery takes place curbside, so the recipient must arrange for the goods to be received and transported to the destination location. We are currently unable to offer floor-level delivery or delivery by appointment. If you have specific needs, please contact us before purchasing.
If a person authorized to collect the goods (buyer, family member, trusted person, or concierge) is absent, the goods cannot be delivered and any storage costs will be your responsibility.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped .
In order to optimize shipping costs and to avoid damage during transport, some parts are dismantled and appropriately packaged ( usually: front wheel detached, seat post detached, handlebar detached from the stem ).
Photos of the packaging will be sent before shipping.
Once received, please entrust the assembly to competent or qualified personnel (if you have any doubts, please contact us).
We recommend keeping the bike box for a possible return.
Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing, and proper packaging.

Orders are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours of receiving payment . Orders paid online via PayPal or credit cards receive the fastest delivery. Orders paid for later, such as bank transfers , may experience a delay in shipping by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation .
During holiday periods (August and Christmas), order processing may be slower.

Integrated innovation: the Aerokit system
The downtube, historically one of the most complex areas to design, has been developed with a precise objective: to minimize aerodynamic drag and reduce the exposure of water bottles to the air as much as possible.
The Aerokit system was designed with this intent by our Innovation Lab in collaboration with Elite Cycling, a global leader in the design and production of hydration systems for cycling. This collaboration resulted in a kit that combines functionality and performance: 1100 ml of total capacity, optimally distributed with minimal aerodynamic impact.
From a technical standpoint, the Aerokit functions as a true wing, capable of keeping the air more stable and less disturbed around the frame. Compared to traditional systems, aerodynamic drag is reduced by over two-thirds.
The Aerokit is also compatible with traditional round water bottles: 550ml on the downtube and up to 750ml on the seat tube.
A new aero benchmark on the market
Rigorous tests in the Silverstone wind tunnel pushed an ambitious project beyond all expectations.
The verdict was extraordinary: 13.6% drag reduction, surpassing the 12% estimated by CFD simulations. In the complete bike-plus-rider system — always central to Wilier — we recorded a 4.5% improvement in aerodynamic drag.
The comparison with Filante SLR ID1 highlights tangible and significant advantages: maintaining the same speed of 40 km/h, you save a full 14.15 watts of power. Even more impressive is the data over distance: by delivering the same power of 290 W over a 70 km course, you gain 1 minute and 45 seconds, a margin that makes all the difference in competition.
The decisive test came in a direct comparison with the five top World Tour competitors: an average aerodynamic drag coefficient 2.42% better.
At modern cycling speeds, this difference means seconds gained and concrete advantages in a race.
F-Bar ID2: aerodynamic cockpit for superior control and comfort
The new F-Bar ID2 is an aerodynamic cockpit developed around the needs of the modern cyclist, thanks to the collaborative work of engineers and athletes from the Groupama – FDJ Cycling Team.
Every detail is designed to offer you maximum efficiency and control in every riding condition. The O.E.F. (Optimized Ergonomic Flare) design introduces an orthogonal flare of 3 cm between the drops and tops (available in 35/38 cm, 37/40 cm, and 39/42 cm) which, unlike other variable-width handlebars, maintains the ergonomics of the controls unchanged, ensuring a natural, comfortable, and tucked position to further improve aerodynamic performance.
For the first time on a Wilier product, the handlebar fastening hardware is completely hidden, benefiting aesthetics, protection from dirt and sweat, and aerodynamic performance — all while fully complying with the latest UCI regulations.
Fork: true aerodynamic efficiency lies in the details
For the fork design, we analyzed numerous NACA profiles, aerodynamic shapes derived from aeronautics and mathematically defined to ensure maximum efficiency in airflow. Each profile was tested in combination with the wheel and tire through CFD simulations, considering different wind incidence angles to reproduce real-world conditions.
The result is a fork with external NACA profile blades and a flat internal profile.
The fork crown cone is even more accentuated than on the Filante SLR, ensuring greater torsional stiffness combined with superior stress resistance.
The left blade integrates a thin aerodynamic fin that skirts the disc and wraps around the brake caliper: a partial fairing already successfully tested on the Supersonica SLR, now further refined.
Finally, the through-axle clamping bushing has been completely integrated into the right blade: an entirely new solution for Wilier products, combining aesthetic elegance, clean lines, and a tangible aerodynamic benefit.
The seatpost that combines efficiency and lightness
With the experience gained in developing the Supersonica SLR, we already had the right formula in our labs: a balance between aesthetics, lightness, and comfort.
The new Filante SLR ID2 seatpost is born from this recipe, with a thin and sharp profile that optimizes aerodynamic penetration without compromising stiffness and ensuring good vibration absorption on the vertical plane.
Available as standard with 0 offset or - upon request - with 15 mm setback.
We chose to preserve the family feeling with the previous Filante, maintaining wide rear stays that connect to the seat tube with a broken line, giving the frame a decisive character when viewed from behind.
To the casual observer, they might seem similar to the ID1 version, but in reality, every detail has been redesigned. Analysis of the dynamic interactions between the stays and leg movement during pedaling led us to a counterintuitive solution: inclining the stays inwards by 2.5°.
The rear triangle has been slightly lengthened: a choice that allows for better integration of new drivetrains with UDH hangers, increases tire clearance (up to 34 mm), and improves the overall stability of the bicycle.
Filante SLR ID2 has been designed to offer you the perfect balance between aerodynamics and versatility. Tire clearance up to 34 mm allows you to choose the perfect tire to confidently tackle a wide variety of surfaces, while ensuring maximum aerodynamic efficiency.
Thanks to the removable derailleur hanger, the drivetrain can also be configured in a single chainring version, accommodating chainrings up to 55 teeth. This solution enhances aesthetic cleanliness, reduces weight, and amplifies performance in more racing-oriented configurations.
