SHIPPING TERMS
SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS
During the purchase process, you will have the option to have your purchases shipped to an address other than your residence and to use different shipping and billing addresses.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be provided with the shipment tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor the status of your goods and find out the expected delivery date.
DELIVERY AT THE KERB
Please note that delivery is made at the kerb, so the recipient must arrange to receive the goods and transfer them to the final destination. At this time, we cannot offer delivery to a specific floor or scheduled delivery. If you have special requirements, please contact us before purchasing.
If no authorized person is available to receive the goods (the buyer, a family member, a trusted person, or a concierge), the delivery cannot be completed and any storage fees will be your responsibility.
BICYCLE SHIPPING
All bicycles are registered and tested before being shipped.
To optimize shipping costs and prevent damage during transport, they are partially disassembled and properly packaged (usually: front wheel removed, seat post removed, handlebars removed from the stem).
Photos of the packaging will be sent before shipping.
Once received, please entrust the assembly to a competent or qualified person (if you have any doubts, please contact us).
We recommend keeping the bike box in case of a return.
Delivery times for complete bicycles may be longer than usual due to assembly, registration, testing, and proper packaging.
TIMEFRAMES
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping takes place approximately within 24/72 business hours from the payment of the order. Orders with the fastest delivery are those placed with online payment via PayPal and Credit Cards. For orders with deferred payment, such as a bank transfer , the shipping date may vary by a few days, as these orders are processed upon receipt of payment confirmation.
During holiday periods (in August and around Christmas), order processing may be slower.
If you see the text "IN-STORE PICKUP", the product is not available for shipping but can be picked up exclusively at our store. This condition usually applies to used items.
